Thank you for supporting an independent designer! At Matchables, I personally inspect every single pair of socks before they are packaged to ensure the tactile markers are perfect and the quality meets my high standards.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • We will notify you ahead via email if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Quality Guarantee & Returns

To keep Matchables sustainable as a small, independent brand, I maintain a strict return policy:

4. Damaged in Transit

While we pack every order with care, Matchables is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Matchables is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
