Return and Refund Policy
At Matchables, we take great pride in the quality and purpose of my products. Every pair of tactile socks is personally inspected before being packaged and shipped to ensure the markers meet the highest standards for accessibility and comfort.
1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of the product and the small-scale production of an independent studio, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to the size guide before purchasing).
- Standard wear and tear over time.
2. Extensive Quality Issues
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. Returns or refunds are only granted in the event of an extensive manufacturing quality issue.
An "extensive quality issue" includes:
- Missing or significantly damaged tactile markers that impede the functionality of the sock.
- Major structural defects in the fabric (e.g., large holes or unraveling seams upon arrival).
3. How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order has a significant defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. To start the process:
- Send an email to matchablessocks@gmail.com.
- Include your Order Number.
- Provide a brief description of the issue, if possible, attach clear photos of the defect.
Once I receive your request, I will review the information and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
4. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Shipping Costs
For approved returns related to quality issues, I will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
